Important Information and Terms – Read Before Ordering

Terms Discounts

All prices listed in catalog are F.O.B Thousand Palms, CA. or shipping point. Terms Are Net 30 unless otherwise stated on invoice.

Open account is extended to those with a satisfactory rating in an accredited directory, all others are COD. A deposit of 25% is required, with COD orders. To avoid COD charges, check or money order may be sent with order. Full remittance should be included in total amount of check. Over-payments will be credited to your account or refunded as you specify.

Filling Orders

So that we can fill your order accurately, when you place your order by phone, please give stock number, quantity, name of each item and price. Also state color and size when required. Orders are processed expeditiously and shipment made as soon as possible. Time required for delivery will vary with distance and method of shipment used. No acknowledgment of order will be made unless specifically requested. If it is necessary to write about delay in delivery of an order, please state the name and address under which the merchandise was ordered, the date mailed, description of merchandise and any special information which you think necessary to enable us to trace with carrier.

Shipping Policy

Wherever possible, orders are shipped via Fed Express Ground or United Parcel Service and such charges are added to invoice. If shipment is made via Express, Truck or Freight, transportation charges are paid on delivery. Because of postal size and weight limitations, UPS and Federal Express Ground shipments may arrive in more than one package. Please wait a few days for all units to arrive before communicating with us. The number of packages shipped is indicated on packing slips and on our invoice.

Customers will be required to pay all freight charges on duplicate shipments wherever confirming purchase orders are sent in and not marked "confirmation of verbal orders"

Please be sure that all packages are accounted for before signing delivery receipt, whether shipped via Federal Express Ground, United Parcel Services, Express, Truck or Freight.

Storage - Damaged Goods

If an item reached you in damaged condition notify the carrier and us at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instruction to do so. This is necessary so that you do not loose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods or shortages should be made within ten days of invoice date.

Interest Charges

An interest charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to invoices unpaid after thirty days.

Return Goods Policy

No return merchandise will be accepted without valid cause – and only with our prior authorization. Credits will be applied to your account – cash refunds not allowed unless we are at fault. There is a return handling charge of 15% of return goods value. All returns must be prepaid. Checks payable in United States funds must accompany orders on all foreign shipments including Canada. Approximate shipping charges should be added to check. Overpayment will be credited to your account or refunded as you specify.

All prices subject to change without notice. The prices are those in effect on the date of shipment. Stenographic and clerical errors are subject to correction.

We Retain Title to All Merchandise until Paid in Full.
